If your LG Cooktop or Oven is not working properly there are a range of possible reasons.

- Won't turn on due to power not coming front outlet or a faulty electronic control. Check circuit breakers and power cord terminals.

- Control won't work due to a child lock or control lock feature activated on the control.

- Cooktop burner not working due to a communication issue with the circuit board. Reset the unit disconnecting the unit from power for 2 minutes to clear the miscommunication error.

- Oven light not working due to a faulty light bulb. Replace the light bulb.

- Oven is taking too long to heat up due to a leak of hot air. Check the door is closing properly or for a bad door seal.

- Oven temperature is not accurate due to a under or over calibration. Please consult the owner manual in order to adjust the difference.
